Love being the front of a company, not stuck behind a wall and meeting new people.

What made you realise construction could be for you?
My friend worked for a construction company & said it was a great vibe, so I wanted to be part of that too.

What do you friends and family think about working in construction?
My family love that I am working in a stable industry & that I love my job

Do you have any advice for young women picking a career?
Choose a job that you love & are passionate about & commit to long term. Money is nice but isn't everything.

What's the best thing about working in construction?
The camaraderie & people you work with.
