What does a Technical Director actually do?
Digital Advisory - create digital strategy and implementation roadmap for adopting digital technologies.

What does a day in your life at work look like?
Planning, meetings, returning RFI questions, business development, team meetings and practice development meetings.

What's the best part of your job?
I get to work on innovative projects and trial new funky digital technologies.

What made you realise construction could be for you?
When designing, project managing and seeing it built physically on site.

What's something that surprised you about working in construction?
We get to be involved in lots of innovation projects and influence fun designs that are created and built for the people and planet.

Tell us about a time you made a difference in your work.
Being a part of the first digital team in TfNSW (Government) and creating the first every digital framework that had an impact globally on how we deliver digital projects.

Do you have any advice for young women picking a career?
You are good enough and worth the new opportunities. Be in it to win it!
