What does an Urban Planner actually do?
Assist clients, advise clients on developments, write environmental reports to submit to Council or government, research, assess developments against planning legislation.

What does a day in your life at work look like?
Office, working with others, report writing, client meetings, working out issues as a team.

What's the best part of your job?
Getting to work with such an amazing team, it even feels like school sometimes because of the amazing work culture. Having a view of the harbour bridge and getting to work with fun, like minded people.

What made you realise construction could be for you?
It's an always needed, growing industry, always changing and fun. Get to work with others.

What do your friends and family think about working in construction?
They think it's amazing and a great booming industry.
